1-2 Villagers - Send to Food, also have your starting Ulfsark build a house, then start scouting.

1-2 Dwarves - Send them to gold, along with another Ox cart

3 - 5 Villagers - Send them to food also.

6-7 Villagers - Send them to gather wood, Also, when u get your first 100 gold, build a temple.

8 Villager - Send to Food

Ox cart, 9 - 11 Villager - Send them to wood

3 - 6( or 3-4) Dwarves - send them to gather gold.

Advance when you have enough food. You should advacne somewhere aroudn 4 mins, or 5 mins at the latest. My main choice in gods to advance is Heimidall. But, if your playing against an anti-rush god (hades) it might be a better choice to go with Forseti for the hall of thanes improvents. Also, When you advance start building Hersirs from your temple. When you advance, have your Ulfsark and at least 1 or 2 hersirs to all start building 3 longhouses.

7 to 12 dwarves - send them to gold.

12 - 17 villagers - send them to wood.

18-24 Villagers - Send them to Food.

For the Military, Normally i woudl have 2 Longhouses pumping out TA(Throwing Axmen) and have the third Longhouse pumping out RC(Raiding calvary). When you have about 8 or 10 troops, send them to start attacking and raiding the enemys economy. Know, if you decided its better not to rush the enemy, Just send the RC to raid enemy gold miners and wood gathers(Especailly wood gathers if your palying against hades), and have your infantry back at your base and building up. A nice little Strategy that might help is to wall off the whole map. Just send a straight wall across the map. Thes prevents enemy raidings, cuts off enemy from rescources, adn maybe a TC, and keeps fighting to his side of the map. Its also important if you decide not to rush, to keep your TC pumping out Villagers constantly. Advance whenever you have the rescources. Also, start claiming settlments to gain a population advantage.

Once in the heroic age, Just keep pumping out Villagers or Dwarves, depending on wat rescources you need the most.

As for the Military, Try to get up lots of Hill forts, and start pumping out Jarls and Huskarls. There not as good as odins, but the still do a good job.

Now For the Mythic age.

For the Villagers, Just keep pumping them out.

Now, as Loki, If you advacne thru Hel, You gain the advantage of Making all 3 giants and the very powerful, Nidhogg. you also get to great mythological imprvments. now just start including Any of the giants in with your normal army.
